Specific Self Defense Situations
Most Basic; Step in Grab, slide forward on an angle,
Block, Counter Attack with eye jab, palm heel,
stomp or any other counter attack you can carry out.

| When placed in a front bear hug with your
arms pinned to your side, clasp hands together and strike his groin. When he loosens his grip (and he will) knee him. |

As he reaches for you, block softly as you slide to his outside. Let your arm go around
his neck like he was running into a clothes line. Wrap your other arm across his back
and arch it as you step forward driving his head back.

When grabbed by both wrists or arms, you can step forward and head butt , then when he backs up
scrape shin, heel stomp and palm heel him in face.

When hair is pulled step forward and strike, you may cover his hands and kick.
Whatever you do go forward not back!

Two handed choke. Trap his hands against your body. Swing other arm across over his arms
like you were going to scratch your shoulder turning your hips as you do so. Strike him and repeat.

Single wrist grab, Just step in and hit.

As he grabs, slide in and block, knee him in thigh, then get head control, twist him around
and slam him into wall or continue the turn with a downward rotation and throw him to the floor

Unwanted attention, raise hands part way up and strike to his face as you step forward.
Turn hips and shoulders and hit through the target (his face).
