
Using your legs as a defense

There are times when you may be knocked to the
ground, but still have freedom to move. Below are
examples of how to defend yourself using your legs:
Defender hooks hand around attacker's ankle, kicks to thigh and gets take down (a leg bar) .

Simple kick to groin

Simple Kick to the Groin



Turned away, get to hands and knees rise up and kick face

Snap legs together like a pair of scissors.

Knee Break, kick through target

Block stomp, roll and strike groin

What is below is an example of what not to do:
If he catches both your legs you are in big trouble.
When you kick with only one leg, if he catches that, you just kick him with the other one.

Kick one leg at a time

Leg Block and slide off to groin kick

Double Kicks high and low from fallen position

Another scissors kick

Roll and strike groin

Hands apply leg bar while rolling knee to outside
then groin kick
